It’s that time of year again, I had the pleasure of doing the Delaney’s family fall pictures last year and was lucky enough to be asked again! This family radiates love! They are so pleasant to be around and even when their lil stinker of a baby boy was being so serious ( must be a Ryan thing!!! LOL ), they were still happy go lucky. I am so happy to call them my family. Thank You Delaney’s for letting me take these beauties.
Here is lil Miss Erika! This almost three month old baby girl was so cute and friendly! She already knows how to give mama a run for her money 
We both tried everything to get her to smile when the camera was out and she would just stare at us with those pretty brown eyes and as soon as that camera was put away she would start smiling and and cooing She was a fun lil baby girl and kept me on my toes, but i wouldnt of had it any other way! She was joy to capture and i can’t wait to capture their family pictures!
Introducing Handsome Hunter Michael Hicks! This little guy holds a special place in my heart since he is my nephew!:) His mommy and I have been friends for 23 years and still have a great friendship today! I feel very blessed to have her and her lil kiddos in my life! He was a challenge at the beginning with posing but that just makes me appreciate the pictures even more when they turn out! He is such a sweet baby and out of the time that i have spent with him he has cried a lil wimper once! Thank you Hicks family for giving me the chance to capture the pure innocence of your beautiful baby boy. It was my pleasure!!!
A couple weeks back, I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful baby with her mommy and daddy. What a pleasure it was to see such a happy family! You could actually feel the love Mom and Dad had for this baby! She was so peaceful and anytime she would start to maybe get fussy mom was able to just calm her right down into a relaxed lil ball of cuteness The bassinet was a family heirloom that has been passed down from generation to generation, starting 60 years ago! It was truly my pleasure to capture this special moment. Thank you Sickels
This year for Halloween my lil munchkin was a Rhinestone Cowgirl! I don’t have much longer of dressing her up in what i think is cute! I asked her what do you think about a cowgirl and she got super excited so I took that idea and ran with it! I bargain shopped and made her a glitzy rhinestone cowgirl costume. I had a blast making her costume and it all came together when i put my lil baby in it! She looked adorable in it. She was the belle of every ball she went to in my eyes!!! She was so proud of it too! A couple of times when she was complimented on her costume she would respond with “Thank you my mama made it herself” That made my heart swell with happiness and thankfulness! I am so thankful to be blessed with such a beautiful lil lady inside and out!! A true blessing from above!!
We got our girls beach trip this year. There for a bit we didnt think we were going to get a chance to go with me being in school every day during summer school, but that three week summer vacation I got in between semesters was much appreciated . My sister ended up not going so it was just my mom, Ava and myself. It was sooo much fun. My mom and I travel well together. We are very go with the flow and not make a big deal about things and with a 2-1/2 year old kiddo you have to be like that. I had a blast just hanging out and spending time with two of my favorite people in the world. We went to Dillon Beach. My favorite beach! While we were building sand castles and relaxing we kept taking breaks from building to take walks and check for seashells. That is one thing about the beach that I wish was different. There are not hardly any shells, but it makes for a clean beach. Ava is called many endearing names by myself and my family and one of the oldest names is Ava bug. My nickname as a child was Chelsea Bug and that has carried over to Ava. Her room is in ladybugs and we LOVE ladybugs. While walking on the beach we kept collecting ladybugs randomly hanging out by the tide. We stopped by the tide to take in our favorite place to be and Ava started collecting ladybugs. They were coming from all around her and started crawling up her legs. She loves the red ones, but we found out that she doesnt like the green ones. Those were not okay to be around her. This was a memorable moment that i will never forget.
I just love babies! They are beautiful and innocent and everything they do seems to just melt me. Last week I got the pleasure to photograph two little twin brothers. T & C are identical!!! There is no way to tell them apart except for a little tell tell sign that their mama had to make shift. We met over in their grandpa & grandmas beautiful yard and went to town capturing those little cuties.
I had a blast capturing this little angel. She was a pleasure from the start. Such a good baby. She let us move her from one thing to the next with not so much as a peep. I feel so lucky that I got to capture these special pictures for the Avalos family. Thank you John & Monica! I look forward to many more wonderful sessions with this little beauty 
So, as some of you know my life has been a little hectic! I have been in summer school Monday through Thursday until 8:00 at night. The time I get to do nothing is slim to none between homework, and all my wife and mommy duties for example laundry, dinner, dishes etc. 2 weeks ago, I just got done cooking dinner and was starting the clean up process of the evening. My baby (who is two…and a half 
) asks me if she can watch cartoons in my room. I say sure I will join you in a minute Mommy just has to get this kitchen cleaned and I will go watch some Kai’lan with ya. So I get her set up go back to finishing up the kitchen and suddenly it gets really quite!!…. Hmm that’s not always a good sign. So I walk into my room to find my Ava with a bottle of lotion in one hand and a handful of lotion in the other and clumps of it on her face and throughout her hair!….. Yes, it was a mess! She managed to not get the lotion anywhere else but on her so I have to say she pretty talented. Words of advice: Keep all lotion up high in the cabinet where little hands can’t reach.
Gotta say I had to laugh!!! What else could I do?
